TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  • Rates are quoted on a per room per night basis.
  • Bedrooms: 3a/c
  • Rates are inclusive of 12% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
  • Services available: Shopping and cooking services, laundry service, baby cot, baby sitting, maid services and golf can be arranged upon request.
  • Guests: 6 adults (2 adults on the ground floor, 2 adults on the first floor and 2 adults in the guest room)
  • Minimum rental Period: 4 days / 3 nights
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped and furnished kitchens
  • Rentals for our Villas, Beach Houses and Apartments are quoted in Peso currency (PHP) per night. Payment in USDollars shall be based on prevailing local bank buying rate.
  • During Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter or summer holidays we requires one week or longer and a 3 night minimum stay during non holidays
  • ADDITIONAL 10% DURING HOLY WEEK, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR AND CHINESE NEW YEAR.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM check-out time is 12:00 Noon
  • Full-payment is required prior guest arrival.

Resort Description

Mabuhay Beach House has 2 floors, which can be rented separately or as one whole house. Each level has an air-conditioned bedroom; bathroom; complete kitchen and living room, which features glass sliding doors that open to the sea view, breezes, white powdery sand and blue crystal waters as well as the daily spectacle of the sunset. The ground level has one bedroom and the second level has a master bedroom and an optional guestroom which can be rented on each floor. The homey feeling of Mabuhay Beach House located directly at the beach makes it a perfect place to spend time with families or group of friends

Resort Location

located at the southern end of White Beach, roughly 100-meters south of former boat station 3. Its distance to the commercial center of Boracay is roughly 20 minutes by walking along the beach. Mabuhay Beach House is also connected to the access roads of Boracays road system

Resort Facilities

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen on the ground and on the first floor

Amenities: Cable-TV, hot water, safe drinking water, beach beds and beach umbrellas, barbeque, and baby cot.

Services available: Cooking, laundry and baby-sitting services and golf on Boracays 18-hole golf course can be arranged upon request

Special features: Each floor has spacious and comfortable furnished terrace and balcony.
