TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  • Payments : 50% deposit is required for confirmation of reservation. Full payment is required at least seven (7) days before arrival date. Deposit for confirmed reservation are nonrefundable.

  • Cancellation : Any cancellation must be advised at least (7) days, (with cancellation fee) before the arrival date. Deposit shall be forfeited for NO SHOW on arrival date and shortened stay shall be subject to forfeiture of full payment.

  • Seasons :
    Low Season: June 1 to December 15
    High Season: December 16 to May 31 except Super Peak Season
    Super Peak: Dec. 26 to Jan 2, Holy Week (Holy Wednesday to Black Saturday)

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM / Checkout Time: 11:00 AM
  • Rates quoted are per room per night basis.
