  • Rates are quoted on a per room per night basis.
  • Rates are subject to 12% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
  • Services available: Shopping and cooking services, laundry service, baby cot, baby sitting, maid services and golf can be arranged upon request.
  • Guests: 2 adults on the top floor and 2 adults and 2 kids on the ground floor
  • Minimum rental Period: 4 days / 3 nights
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped and furnished kitchens
  • Rentals for our Villas, Beach Houses and Apartments are quoted in Peso currency (PHP) per night. Payment in USDollars shall be based on prevailing local bank buying rate.
  • During Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter or summer holidays we requires one week or longer and a 3 night minimum stay during non holidays
  • ADDITIONAL 10% DURING HOLY WEEK, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR AND CHINESE NEW YEAR.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM check-out time is 12:00 Noon
  • Full-payment is required prior guest arrival.

Resort Description

Rent this luxury 2 Storey Beach House sitting right on the beachfront of the famous White Beach of Boracay
with spectacular sea views located in the secluded and exclusive area near to Station 3.

Resort Accommodation

The Beach House is split into 2 Self Contained Apartments. The Downstairs Apartment is fully fitted with
double bedroom, en suite shower room, living room and full kitchen to sleep 4 adults plus child. Whilst The Upstairs Apartment is ideal for a couple (plus child) with fully fitted double bedroom, en suite shower room, fridge, and a large covered balcony and appropriate comfy 3 seater settee, chairs, table and overhead fan overlooking the sea.

Both Apartments have full aircon, and cable TV. Rent them individually, or take the complete house!

Owned and run by Yorkshireman Ossie Hall and his Filipino partner Alma to Western Standards. Ideally suited for the European and Expat honeymooners (1st or 2nd!) and Silver Surfers market.

A "one off" private and detached property in Boracay actually sitting right on the white beach with nothing in front but the sand and sea (and a few palm trees).
