One thing I’ve noticed is that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the lenders intentions when talking about property foreclosure. One fable in particular is the fact that the bank needs to have your house. The financial institution wants your hard earned cash, not your property. They want the funds they lent you together with interest. Avoiding the bank will simply draw a foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your post.
